working principle
The waste heat regeneration compressed air dryer is an adsorption desiccant developed by the process of directly heating and regenerating the desiccant by using the heat of the high-temperature exhaust gas of a high-pressure machine. It avoids the shortcomings of short switching time of the non-heat regeneration compressed air dryer and large regeneration air consumption. At the same time, it also overcomes the shortcomings of the thermal regeneration compressed air desiccant that consumes large electricity. The waste heat regeneration compressed compressed air dryer has no gas consumption and low energy consumption during heating and regeneration. It is a new type of energy-saving equipment.

?The dew point of the finished product is stable;

?Multiple fault alarm and processing functions;
?Reserve a regenerative heater and start it when the exhaust temperature of the air compressor is low to prevent insufficient regeneration of the desiccant. It can also be manually switched to normal micro-heat operation;
?Optional RS485/RS232, linkage interface and dew point detection function;
